We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the situation and provide a resolution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return your item first. Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. However, this does not apply to personalized or custom-made items.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
